- Reconciliation of supplier accounts;
- Timely processing of payments;
- Timely and accurate receipting of cash and cheques from clients;
- Reconciliation of daily collections and ensuring revenue completeness;
- Prompt and accurate updating of customers’ accounts and issuing of monthly statements;
- Daily banking of collections in line with company policies.
Required
Skills:
Qualifications, experience and skills
- University degree and CPA(K);
- Must have demonstrable hands-on experience with an accounting system;
- Knowledge of SAP or DTI system will be an added advantage;
- 1 to 2 years working experience.

and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Electrical Engineer.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Engineer will be expected to deliver on
operational and technical requirements in accordance with our quality standards
while guaranteeing that we are true to our vision of being the Media of Africa
for Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Preparation of routine maintenance plans and tasks for a rotary web-offset printing press and ancillary equipment;
- Implementation of planned and preventive maintenance tasks;
- Troubleshooting and resolving of machine problems and break downs expeditiously;
- Installation and commissioning of new production equipment;
- Implementation of safe working practices;
- Supervision of plant technicians.
Required
Skills:
Qualifications, experience
and skills
- B.Sc. Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from a recognized university;
- At least 3 years working experience preferably in a busy production plant or print shop;
- Knowledge/awareness of OSH Act of 2007;
- Knowledge of personal computers (hardware/ software) and LAN experience;
- Knowledgeable in applying best practice for print production;
- Demonstrable capability to fit and contribute within a technical and professional team;
- Ability to cope with pressure, work odd hours while adhering to tight deadlines.
