Expatriate Executive Chef

An upcoming restaurant in Mombasa is looking for an Expatriate Executive Chef to produce food of the highest quality in terms of presentation and taste.

The chef must be young and dynamic.

He /she would need to understand client needs in relation to business and ensure cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen at all times.

Must be able to cook international cuisines.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience.
• Food handling certificate.
• Formal training in western style menus.
• Monthly gross salary: KShs. 100,000/= depending on experience
